Judo Trial Session
A trail session was organised for Judo enthusiasts and residents at the Choa Chu Kang (CCK) ActiveSG Sport Centre on 8 November 2025. Sensei Kong highlighted key benefits in learning and practising Judo in a safe and injury free pace. Judo enthusiasts, some with previous Judo experience participated in this 30-minute trial session. Sensei Kong representing the Jurong East and Jurong West ActiveSG Sport Centres shared valuable points in practising breakfalls with biomechanics of the body structure in mind for all participants. Feedback from participants were positive and look forward to joining in the next available Judo session.
